Special Note: The FEEL THE RHYTHM App requires location and Bluetooth permissions primarily to search for nearby devices via BLE and establish connections. We will not use your location information for geographical tracking or unrelated advertising.

• Search, connect, and manage external devices via BLE technology
• Process your requests and provide customer support

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and account within the application "FEEL THE RHYTHM".
To do so, please send a direct email to keepmindful.life@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. In your request, please clearly state that you wish to delete your account and any associated personal data.
6.1. What Happens After Your Request
Upon receiving your verified request, we will process it within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 30 days, as required by applicable law. We will delete or anonymize your personal data from our active databases and will take reasonable steps to do so from our backup systems, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

We encourage parents or guardians to guide minors under the age of eighteen to use our services.
